GENERAL

Clonakilty Food Co. is currently shipping orders within Ireland (Republic and Northern Ireland) and to the EU with UPS. Shipment rates vary and are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Due to customs restrictions and delays, any orders going to a UK address (England, Scotland or Wales) will be managed by our third-party partner, Great Food 2U Ltd. As a result, the full list of hampers and merchandise on this site is unfortunately not available for delivery in the UK. Deliveries for Ireland & the EU merchandise orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday only between the hours of 9am-5pm. . We recommend allowing a 3 Day window for deliveries within Ireland including Northern Ireland and up to 5 days for deliveries outside of Ireland within Europe & the EU

Hamper orders for Ireland & the EU close each week on Sundays at 11pm GMT. Hampers are then prepared and dispatched every Tuesday. Please note: If you order after our weekly cut-off time (Sunday @11pm GMT) your hamper will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday (9 days later). We do our utmost to ensure hampers arrive with you or your intended recipient the day after dispatch however this is at the discretion of the delivery company and dependent on location. There is no option currently for weekend deliveries or timed deliveries. In order to help us deliver your package as quickly and as efficiently as possible, please provide us with the recipient's full address, contact telephone number and postal code/Eircode. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number or other contact details provided are incorrect. Please ensure you enter the correct and intended delivery address details on our checkout page.

Re-Delivery: The customer will be liable for any additional charges/costs incurred in the completion of a delivery (Re-sending) of goods, due to incomplete original recipient information from the client, or the recipients being unable to collect the item. This applies to national and international deliveries.

If your destination includes a Hospital, Care Facility, Hotel or Office please include Room, Floor or Ward Numbers - any additional information which will help your hamper reach their destination as quickly as possible.

Clonakilty Food Co. does not accept any responsibility for delays in the receipt of orders due to unfavourable weather conditions, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other issue out of our control. Delivery charges on our website do not include customs charges and recipients outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, duties or customs charges upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Under certain circumstances, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages which is not the responsibility of Clonakilty Food Co.

TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE DELIVERIES

All Clonakilty Hampers deliveries are temperature sensitive. The recipient must be available to take the delivery or collect it within 24 hours in order to refrigerate it or the contents will be unfit for consumption. UPS provide tracking details for Ireland and EU bound hampers and the customer must be aware of the delivery status at all times. Failure to collect the box within 24 hours of the delivery attempt will result in the contents being unfit for consumption, the order is non-refundable as it is the customers responsibility to collect the package in a timely manner knowing the temperature sensitive nature of the contents.

We kindly ask that all customers provide an exact address where your hamper can be safely delivered by the courier on their first delivery attempt (i.e. work address) to ensure the best possible outcome. We cannot take responsibility for damaged goods in situations where customers have authorised couriers to leave parcels on doorsteps etc.

CURRENCY CONVERSION

All prices listed on our site are in EURO and charged in EURO. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

ORDER TRACKING

For any orders place on this site for Ireland and the EU customers will receive status update via emails confirming when your order has been dispatched and delivered. Automatic emails will be generated by UPS, our delivery partners, with the relevant tracking number for orders being shipped. UPS tracking here

While we do our very best to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, sometimes unforeseen delays can be experienced due reasons beyond our control. Clonakilty Food Co. reserves the right to alter its shipping rates at any time with increases in fuel surcharges or shipping rates by our shipping service providers.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is temporarily out of stock, then one of our sales team will contact you by telephone or email to let you know expected delivery date. In this case you can decide whether to cancel your order in which we will provide a full refund. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to cancellation the order will be deemed valid.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We want to ensure customers are 100% satisfied with their order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products and you wish to make a return please do so within 14 days of receipt of order using our contact form. Clonakilty Food Co. reserves the right to cancel any order prior to order shipping. SPECIAL REQUESTS & AMENDS TO ORDERS

Should you have any special request for your order post-purchase, for example, Changing Addresses, Changing the item ordered, or if you have any enquiries on custom orders, we will do our best to accommodate the request. However, facilitating these requests may not always be possible if orders have already been dispatched or during high volume periods including Easter & Christmas.
