DELIVERY INFORMATION
Hampers
Hamper orders for Ireland (ROI and NI), Europe and EU close each week on Sundays at 12pm GMT. Hampers are then prepared and dispatched every Tuesday. We do our utmost to ensure hampers arrive with you the day after dispatch, however it can take up to 48 hours. Please note: If you order after our weekly cut-off time (Sunday @11pm GMT) your hamper will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday (9 days later).
Clonakilty Christmas 2025 Hampers will be available to order from Tuesday, 2nd of December 2025, until 11 PM (GMT) on Sunday 14th of December. All hampers ordered during this time will be shipped starting Wednesday, 17th December. We do our utmost to ensure hampers arrive with you 48 hours after dispatch.
***Please note, to ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed within the specified time frame. Orders placed after the cut-off time (11PM GMT on Sunday 14th December) will not be dispatched until Tuesday, 6th January 2026.
Merchandise
For all merchandise orders please allow up to 3 days for delivery within Ireland and up to 5 days for delivery outside of Ireland.
MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE AT HOME
Our hampers are temperature sensitive. The intended recipient must be available to take the delivery in order to refrigerate it or the contents will be unfit for consumption after 48 hours from dispatch day. Please ensure to include the correct address and phone number of the receiver at the checkout. See Delivery Information for more details.
