DELIVERY INFORMATION
Hampers
Hamper orders for Ireland (ROI and NI), Europe and EU close each week on Sundays at 12pm GMT. Hampers are then prepared and dispatched every Tuesday. We do our utmost to ensure hampers arrive with you the day after dispatch. Please note: If you order after our weekly cut-off time (Sunday @11pm GMT) your hamper will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday (9 days later).
Merchandise
For all merchandise orders please allow up to 3 days for delivery within Ireland and up to 5 days for delivery outside of Ireland.
MAKE SURE THERE IS SOMEONE AT HOME
Our hampers are temperature sensitive. The intended recipient must be available to take the delivery in order to refrigerate it or the contents will be unfit for consumption within 24 hours. Please ensure to include the correct address and phone number of the receiver at the checkout. See Delivery Information for more details.
